WHO IS LILIT?

Food photography is a life photography genre used to create attractive life photographs of food. It is a specialization of commercial photography, the products of which are used in advertisements, magazines, packaging, menus or cookbooks. Professional foodphotography is a collaborative effort and Lilit is not just a photographer,she is a stylist and emotion creator through her vision of each dishes and each client’s product. Lilitbelieves that photos should be the mirror of photographer and tell about her more than words can describe. Each photo is a part of her life, soul and emotions. Before startingher food photographer’s career, Lilit was a successful doctor in one of the best medical laboratories. She completed professional courses for photographers, attended a number of trainings and listened to a number of courses, and only after that she founded her own photo studio and started creating magnificent artworks that convey Lilit’s personal style. Her photos are recognizable and stand out at a first glance.

Her love for food photography started more than 5 years ago and it grows every day. Lilit’s style is rooted in a deep, passionate and lifelong understanding of food. Lilit is a favorite and required food photographer of leading hotels, restaurants and cafes in Armenia. “I can surely say that the photo –is the place where I express my attitude, emotions, pleasures as well as sadness and the surrounding world. You should take the photo heartily, always different, mysterious and at the same time be able to see a situation and things differently. The time and effort a stylist takes to carefully and artfully arrange the food, is the cause of differences between the way the stylist presents it .” says Lilit during one of her interviews.
